Calibrating pressure devices is critical for process safety and product quality. We service gauges, transmitters, deadweight testers, chart recorders, and safety relief valves using reference standards up to 1,200 bar. Our methods follow **ISO/IEC 17025** with full uncertainty budgets documented on every certificate. We can perform both **in-lab** and **onsite** calibrations to minimise downtime, using portable test rigs and pressure controllers.
Our temperature calibration covers sensors and devices from –80 °C to 650 °C. We use **dry block calibrators, liquid baths, and reference thermometers** traceable to primary standards. Instruments serviced include RTDs, thermocouples, temperature transmitters, thermostats, and data loggers. We also perform **loop checks** to verify the accuracy of entire temperature measurement systems in the field.
We provide precise calibration for DC/AC voltage, current, resistance, frequency, time, and capacitance using multifunction calibrators and high-accuracy reference meters. Devices include multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, decade boxes, frequency counters, and oscilloscopes. Calibration ensures compliance with IEC and NIST standards, reducing risk in control and monitoring systems.
Using a controlled lab atmosphere to minimise measurement error, we calibrate calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and thread gauges. Certificates include pre- and post-adjustment readings with expanded uncertainty values.
We calibrate laboratory balances, industrial scales, and reference weights from 1 mg to 2 tonnes. Using class E2 to M3 standards, we ensure conformance with **OIML R111**. Calibrations can be performed onsite to match operating conditions or in-lab for tighter environmental control.
We calibrate liquid and gas flow meters — including Coriolis, turbine, ultrasonic, thermal mass, vortex, and PD meters — to **API MPMS Chapters 4 & 11**. Methods include gravimetric, volumetric, and master meter comparisons to verify meter accuracy across the full operating range.
We calibrate torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers, load cells, dynamometers, tensile testers, and compression rigs. Our torque capability ranges from **1 N·m to 1,000 N·m**, and force up to 500 kN.
Our storage tank calibration uses **Electro-Optical Distance Ranging (EODR)** and conventional methods to determine accurate capacity tables. We handle fixed roof, floating roof, horizontal, and bullet tanks. All calibrations follow **API MPMS Chapter 2** for volume determination.
